Experimental Aircraft Condition Inspections Starting at $999!
The above rates reflect a standard annual /100hr inspection. Rates are based on aircraft that are in their original Type Certificate Condition with a current A.D. report on file. STC's, mods, and A.D. reports older than two years may will require additional labor during inspections, which will affect the final cost.

Inspection Labor Rates
Discounted Inspection Rate: $125/hour (piston) $135/hour (turbine) (Includes labor for oil changes and A.D. research — additional labor may be charged if A.D. logs are not current within the past two years.)
Inspection pricing includes:
Labor for the inspection process
Oil change & filter replacement
Airworthiness Directive (A.D.) research
Inspection pricing does NOT include:
Parts (oil, filters, O-rings, etc.)
A.D. compliance labor or parts
Repairs, discrepancies, or additional services
Aircraft Contents & Documentation
We are not responsible for personal items left in your aircraft.
For your protection: Please remove any removable items prior to leaving the aircraft with us.
For a fee, we can conduct an inventory of your aircraft contents upon request.

Scheduling & Payment Process
Inspection Invoicing Timeline:
Upon completion of the inspection, you’ll receive a detailed estimate for any required corrective actions.
Once you approve the estimate, work will begin.
Upon completion of all work, you will receive a final invoice for remaining labor and shipping — payment is due at aircraft release.
Our billing method keeps you informed and helps you budget with transparency.
Phase Inspections
Some aircraft (e.g., King Air) are eligible for Phase Inspection Programs, ideal for minimizing aircraft downtime. If your aircraft doesn’t already have one, we can assist in writing a customized program and obtaining FAA approval.
Pre-Purchase Inspections
A thorough Pre-Purchase Inspection helps you understand the true condition of the aircraft and can provide leverage in price negotiations.
Cost: 80% of listed Annual Inspection fee
Bonus: If the aircraft is purchased within 5 days of inspection completion, we will convert the pre-buy into a full Annual Inspection for the remaining 20% + cost of parts and necessary airworthy items.
Experimental Aircraft
Pricing for Condition Inspections is based on owner opening and closing the aircraft. If Destiny Aviation Solutions performs opening/closing, additional charges apply.
Owner-performed repairs must be inspected and approved by our team at standard hourly rates.
Aircraft Cleaning Policy
We do not offer full aircraft detailing. However, we will:
Clean the top & bottom cowling, propeller, windshield, and remove any fingerprints caused during maintenance.
Full wash services are available for an additional fee.
Release Policy & Late Fees
Maintenance is not considered complete until you receive a dated and signed log entry.
A 7-day grace period is allowed after the invoice is emailed. After that a 5% late fee applies
A $55/day storage & security fee applies on aircraft being stored post maintenance.
We do not guarantee indoor storage of your aircraft before or after the inspection — including during adverse weather.
